IWCN 2027 will take place at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, located in the heart of Hsinchu next to the BigCity shopping center and within easy reach of Hsinchu's science and technology district. All sessions, the poster area, and conference catering will be hosted at the hotel.
Getting Here
- By High Speed Rail (THSR): Take the THSR to Hsinchu (Liujia) Station. From there, transfer to the adjacent TRA Liujia line to Hsinchu Station, or take a taxi (about 20 minutes) to the venue.
- By conventional rail (TRA): Alight at Hsinchu Station in the city center; the venue is a short taxi or bus ride away.
- From Taoyuan International Airport (TPE): Take the airport bus or MRT to the THSR, then the High Speed Rail south to Hsinchu; alternatively, direct airport buses to Hsinchu are available. Total travel time is roughly 1–1.5 hours.
- By taxi / ride-hailing: Taxis are readily available at both rail stations and the airport.

Accommodation
The Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu is the recommended conference hotel. A reserved room block and booking instructions will be announced on this page. Several additional hotels are available within walking distance of the venue for a range of budgets.
