Instructions to Submit an Abstract

Abstract submission deadline: Thursday, October 15th, 2026

Abstract submission will consist of a two-page abstract in PDF format, including one page of text and one page of figures.

To prepare their abstract, authors are strongly encouraged to use one of the templates below:

• Word Template — WordTemplate
• LaTeX Template — LaTeXStyle

A paper whose corresponding and presenting author is a student will be eligible for the best student paper award.

To submit your abstract, email it in PDF format along with your contact information using this form.

A confirmation email, acknowledging receipt of the abstract with an assigned abstract number, will be sent to the corresponding author within 2 working days after submission.

Accepted abstracts will be collected in the submitted form in a Book of Abstracts, available at the conference.
